Wait/Late Fee
"Oops! We forgot to bring the Marriage License and need to drive back home to get it."
"Help! We're lost on the freeway in Portland traffic!"
"We forgot the money for the balance of your fee..."

We get it, life happens. We do our best to be flexible and accommodating. However, our time is valuable. We reserve the right to charge a wait/late fee of $25 per half hour beyond a 20-minute grace period and/or institute a reschedule fee if warranted.

Change Fees
If you need to postpone and reschedule your wedding, we can usually float your initial deposit to a new date for no additional charge. If you change your venue location, we may need to charge a minimum $30 change-of-venue fee. We will also charge extra for travel costs, which will vary, depending on your new location. For any changes such as these, please give us as much notice as possible. Thank you.

Weddings at Other Locations and Venues

The package prices above cover services at our chapel. We also do house calls! Have another location in mind, such as your home or local venue? We make "House Calls" anywhere around the greater Portland metro area! Home weddings and weddings at other venues are bid on an individual basis, depending on your location and other factors. Feel free to email us, giving the location, approximate number of guests, number in the wedding party, and if a separate rehearsal is needed. We will be happy to supply a quote upon request. Ask about our Elopement Special in Wine Country!

Elope in Wine Country in the Newberg area. Our outdoor location is perched on the shoulders of Chehalem Mountain, overlooking the Willamette Valley. We are offering a 5-person wedding--the two of you, our officiant, and we will provide the two witnesses. All you need is your valid Oregon Marriage License, an appointment and prepayment of our fee by major credit or debit card.

ELOPEMENT SPECIAL Total price, with our witnesses = $275.
